  1. Restore CIA Timer

  7. This little C program restores the CIA-Timer (The source for all
  8. clock-programs). You will need the battclock.recource for this.
  9. If you have a third party E-Clock hardware, this probably won't work.
  10. Change the code on your own or give me a detailed description
  11. about what you have. If that gives enough information to me, I
  12. will rewrite it.

  14. Note: For some systems, the exact local time is necessary to know,
  15. i.e. make or other revision systems. Many games holds your amiga
  16. and destroy the clock. If you don't stop those games by reseting
  17. the machine, make sure to have a small shell script, like
  18.  
  19. MasterBlaster (as an example)

  22. As in my last project, CPULoad (take a look on it, Aminet CD 5),
  23. I deliver the Source. Everybody is WELCOME to incorporate it in
  24. their own projects !

  26. This is freeware with one exeption: Professional magazines with
  27. PD-Software may not include it on their disks. They make lots of
  28. money on our work ! This note must be included on redistribution
  29. of this code. If you find this software (or CPULoad) on any of
  30. those magazines, contact me. Aminet and Fred <>< are welcome to
  31. upload.

  33. Coming next: A fixed CPULoad, the actual version is known to have
  34. a hard to find bug wich produces an enforcer-hit. Anyway, I use
  35. this monitor for nearly four month without any problems...
